The Warner College of Natural Resources is a great, informal community. Professors know students personally, and want to make sure we’re successful in all we do. The intense focus on fieldwork builds those relationships. One of the best opportunities the College offers is study at Pingree Park. I spent one month out in the field every day, doing measurements and wildlife sampling. There is no better way to learn about conservation and biodiversity. Through these kinds of experiences, I’ve become devoted to protecting natural resources.

The Campaign for Colorado State University:
A Transformational Opportunity

It is a transformational time for the Warner College of Natural Resources. We have powerful momentum fueled by internationally acclaimed faculty and programs that rank among the best in the country. The Campaign for Colorado State University is a seven-year institutionwide fundraising effort that will build on this momentum, enabling the Warner College to move from its current designation as one of the top natural resources programs in the country into a new position as the global leader in natural resources learning, discovery, and engagement.

Our success will be made possible by you – our family of supporters, alumni, and industry partners who recognize the Warner College’s incredible potential and share our bold vision.

During the campaign, we will increase the value of available student scholarships, fellowships, and internships by $11.4 million. We will dedicate $23 million to creating endowed faculty positions which will dramatically increase the quality of student learning experiences. We will raise $3.4 million to support research and programs that target the great global challenges of our time. And we will invest $7.9 million in state-of-the-art facilities that will greatly enhance learning, discovery, and engagement.
