College of Business
Updated August 29
Studying abroad in Barcelona opened my eyes to a completely different culture and mind-set. If you never go beyond your own back yard, you won’t gain global perspective – which is hugely important in an interconnected business world. The experience helped me land an auditing internship with KPMG in Denver and Barcelona. Now I’m working on a Master of Accountancy at the College, and will work at KPMG after I graduate from that program in 2010.

Business Administration is among the largest majors at Colorado State. Talented and hard-working young men and women—our students have among the highest high school cumulative grade point average when entering the University—rise to meet the challenges set before them.
Scholarships accomplish two important goals.
First, it makes a Colorado State education accessible to students who may not be able to pay for college. Second, scholarship funds help the College of Business successfully recruit high achievers who are courted by other business schools.
Each year, approximately 125 business students study abroad.
This experience is typically a defining moment in a young person’s life and positively influences their career path, world-view and self-confidence.
Through donations for scholarships and support for study abroad, we will ensure that the best students can achieve a well-rounded business education.
